For a long time, I had a half-done real estate website on this domain and when I say half-done, I am being generous. It was a custom coded ColdFusion site that I heavily neglected due to the fact that I never had any time to put into it. The website was built from the ground up with no CMS to speak of, so maintaining it was time consuming. Even though it was built in ColdFusion (a rapid application development platform) making any changes meant opening up my development environment and busting out the code.
