Hey I know that guy! Nice to see you finally have a place to rant my friend. I have actually been thinking about shutting down http://www.seoguy.com or turning it into a personal blog or something because I don’t service that facet of the business outside of real estate any more – but then I always think – shoot, that’s just one more place to blog lol
